recent films pertaining to exam if they were not done at an
Oakwood facility.
ABDOMEN

PELVIS AND FETUS
HEAD AND NECK
1 Nothing to eat or drink 3 hours prior to exam
2 No preparation for patients with diagnosis of TRAUMA, INJURY,
BLEED, TIA, or CVA
CHEST
1 Nothing to eat or drink 3 hours prior to exam
ABDOMEN AND PELVIS
1 Nothing to eat or drink 3 hours prior to exam

Patients must arrive at facility 1 hour before appointment time
to drink contrast

Patients may have oral medications with a small amount of water
for all CT examinations.
